Hotel Condestable Iranzo - Jaen

The hotel had a fantastic location with easy access to the bus station and was a stone's throw from all the main tourist sights. The friendly staff, and the spacious triple room was perfect for our group.

The WiFi was a bit slow at times, made streaming difficult.

Location: the hotel was next to the old town centre. I had coffee at Gloria Bendita Gin&cafe, located within 5 minutes walk.

Positive, Great value and friendly staff. The pool was refreshing after our long drive. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. Breakfast had a good variety, a nice start to our day. I'd definitely recommend it 😊

We were able to book the private parking in advance which was very useful. Hotel was in a good situation for old and new town, with an easy walk to the cathedral area. The breakfast was fine (buffet) although some hot food (eggs etc.) would have made it even nicer. The staff on reception were very helpful, smart and polite. The bar was small but pleasant and prices fairly reasonable.

Not much room in the parking although there is underground public carpark nearby.

It was airy, modern and with a big comfy bed.

The hotel was welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are large and well- eqipped. The staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was substantail and well-presented. I didn't eat other meals in the hotel.The hotel is well situated in Jaen, in the centre and in easy reach of the historic quarter and shops.

Would be happy to recommend for a quick weekend visit

Clean room, spacious amenities with a big bed and good WiFi access, made our stay comfortable and convenient, especially being just a short drive from the nearest airport.

Everything was up to par.

Even though has remodeling the bathrooms they are very noisy and don´t have ventilation, so if you share the room coud be embarasing if you have to use the bathroom. The use of the parking has a cost apart is not high but they sould tell at the begining of the stay Aun cuando remodelaron los baños son muy ruidosos y no tienen ventilación, así que si compartes la habitación puede ser algo embarazoso el ir al baño El uso del estacionamiento tiene un costo aparte no es muy alto pero deberían decirlo en el momento de comenzar la estadía.

Newly decorated and reasonably large room, a walk-in shower and shower facilities in the room. Extremely friendly and competent staff; speedy check in. Lovely pool, parking onsite. Not to mention strong wifi...

Why it's almost great (but not quite)

The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape and the staff was friendly, especially in the terrace restaurant.

Dated furnishings and inconsistent air conditioning soured the experience, with street noise being disturbing during the night.

Only reason I stayed here was because everything else in town was booked. The Hotel is 50 odd years old and no investment has been made in renovation. The room was also quite dirty and located near night club with raving noise until 6:30 am.

Nice welcome by staff at hotel, checked in at 12-30,parking underground at hotel easy. Room clean and tidy and ok for size. Good location easy to find ,would recommend.

Little bit of noise from toilets flushing at night but otherwise good.
